Located on the lush, tranquil grounds of The Oasis, only a short walk to One Mile Beach in Port Stephens, is the Port Stephens Wellness Centre. A purpose-built facility, with multiple treatment rooms, including access to an infrared sauna.

The space holds a warm welcome, with the option to take some time in nature during a counselling coaching session or to sit, ground and connect after your treatment.

Each room is customised for the treatment you would like to experience. The large studio space is also perfect for group sessions and retreats that are available throughout the year, providing a comfortable, safe space for your experiences.

The option to add a sauna session after your treatment is also available and can be booked separately or as part of a package.
